- In the state of Georgia, the care recipient should either be currently on the CCSP or SOURCE
- Program; OR
- The individual should be eligible for Georgia Medicaid and they must meet eligibility for the CCSP or SOURCE Program under the Elderly Disabled Waiver Program.
